1. Each section will indicate which technique to use
a. Joined Rounds: End each round with a sl st and start each round with
a starting chain (ch1 or as indicated in the pattern, or as written in the
instructions)
b. Row stitch technique: End each row with a turning chain. Depending
on what's the starting stitch of the next row (sc = ch1, hdc = ch2),
unless otherwise specified and turn your work.
2. When you see "inc" or "dec", you will be making a single crochet increase
or single crochet decrease unless specified. (Such as dc inc, hdc dec, etc...)
3. Stitch separated by commas are in its own stitch. For ex: inc, inc. Means 2 sc
in 1 stitch, and 2 sc in the next stitch.
