The basic tote bag is made using double stands of acrylic yarn working in the row and then made using continuous rounds. This pattern does require quite a bit of yarn to construct. I used roughly 12.5 oz of yarn. This basic bag makes a great beginner pattern using single crochet and half double crochet. This pattern does work up fairly quickly and makes a nice size tote bag when finished. I have included photos of some extras I added to the basic tote and will be adding patterns for them at a later time. Honestly, got in the creative tunnel and forgot to write down the patterns while working.
