Hi! In this pattern you can use any type of yarn with the size hook you will need. Personally I used a 4mm with weight 4 yarn. This stress buddy can be lil helper that you can squish throw and even give it a little hug. I get nervous sometimes and it helps so if you get stressed you should try it! :)
