This pattern describes how to crochet a classic 2CV inspired French car amigurumi as shown on picture.

Finished size will be approx. 9" (23 cm) long, 4.3" (11 cm) tall, 4.7" (12 cm) wide, crocheted using acrylic yarn (8 ply / DK), with hook size E (3.5 mm)

The car is mostly worked in continuous rounds. Some parts are worked in rows.

If you wish to make a taller or smaller version of this amigurumi, you can just use thicker or thinner yarn / crochet hook. This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn.

Gauge is not important for this pattern, just crochet tight enough so the stuffing will not show through the stitches.

Materials used:
- Crochet hook size E (3.5 mm)
- Yarn in yellow (approx. 45 gr, 135 m / 145 yds), dark grey, light grey, black (each approx. 35 gr, 100 m / 112 yds), small amounts of white, red, orange.
- Fiberfill stuffing, preferably a sturdy kind, 2 mother of pearl buttons, diameter approx. 0,4" (1 cm)
- Stitch marker, tapestry needle, pins, white, grey and black sewing thread

Stitches used: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, surface slip stitch, increasing, decreasing
