All bunnies are cute; large or small, but Spring Bunnies are the cutest of them all!

This crochet pattern will guide you to crochet an adorable amigurumi spring bunny as shown in pictures, made using soft acrylic 8 ply / DK yarn and crochet hook E (3,5 mm).

Finished size will be approx. 8.5" (21,5 cm) tall, in sitting position, including the ears.

This pattern is also suitable for wool or cotton yarn. If you wish to make a smaller or larger version of this bunny, you can just use thinner or thicker yarn and a matching size crochet hook. Stylecraft Special DK was used to create the bunnies in the pictures.

The bunny's head and body are crocheted together as 1 part. All parts are worked up in continuous rounds.

Gauge: not important for this pattern, just crochet tight enough so the stuffing will not show through the stitches.
Skill level: advanced beginner - intermediate

Stitches used: slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, bobble stitch, working through front / back loops, increasing, decreasing.

Materials used:
- Crochet hook size E (3,5 mm)
- DK / 8 ply yarn, for 1 bunny; grey (approx. 45 gr, 145 yds, 118 m), small amount of soft pink
- Fiberfill stuffing, stuffing tools like tweezers or chop sticks
- Safety eyes 10.5 mm, medium brown embroidery floss
- Stitch markers, tapestry needle, pins, scissors
- Ribbon to embellish, for 1 bunny; approx. 0.8" x 17.5" (2 cm x 45 cm)
