Say hello to Arlo. This cute little 3-banded armadillo loves to play in the dry grasslands, but when things get a bit much he curls up into a ball and looks absolutely adorable!

This is an intermediate level pattern, some crochet knowledge is required. Not recommended for complete beginners, but the pattern does include detailed step by step instructions and pictures to help you.

Using the materials suggested the armadillo measures 16cm tall. Any yarn can be used with this pattern with an appropriate size crochet hook to create a tight tension, although other yarns may affect the size of the finished armadillo. Suggested materials: 4ply 100% cotton yarn, 2.5mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and 7mm safety eyes.
