Aslan the Lion is a mediumsized amigurumi lion named after Aslan from Narnia of course . he just a bit bigger than your hand the perfect size for holding, gifting, or adding to your collection. This pattern is written in US crochet terms and uses simple stitches but it does have sewing, making it great for confident beginners and intermediate crocheters.

The legs are joined directly to the body without sewing, giving the lion a smooth, seamless look. The head and ears are sewn on at the end for a clean finish. You'll stuff the lion gradually throughout the pattern to keep the shape even and sturdy. My sample lion is made in bright yellow and red, but feel free to customize your colors and mane style to make your own unique lion.
