Description
This is a pattern for a lovely textured infinity scarf ideal for autumn! Its the perfect length to wrap twice and not be too snug around the neck. The puff stitches only puff out on one side, so the texture is different on each side.
It is crocheted as a rectangle, then sewn together. The scarf measures 66" long and 7" wide after blocking.
Swatch (before blocking): 12hdc by 9 rows = 4" square
You will need:
- 375 yards worsted weight yarn (I used Studio Classic by Nicole in orange)
- H crochet hook (5.0mm)
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Measuring tape
You will need to know the following stitches:
- single crochet
- half-double crochet
- front-post half-double crochet
- back-post half-double crochet
- double crochet
Instructions for the puff stitch are included. Its perfect for a proficient beginner or intermediate crocheter.
