Simple stitches add a classic woven texture. This little crocheted basket is perfect for holding play food, trinkets, wedding or baby shower favors, or small Easter or other holiday gifts. Makes a cute bed for amigurumi buddies, either with or without the handle.

About 4" across in medium worsted weight (#4) yarn and 3.5 mm hook, but you can easily adjust the size by working fewer rounds of the bottom. Customize with color changes and suggested handle options. This quick no-sew project has been tested and includes detailed photos and videos.
