This Butterfly is crochet in one piece and the only sewing needed is the antennas, eyes and wings.
Materials
Weight 5 chunky chenille yarn (50 metres) (I used Aldi baby yarn 95 metres per 100g ball)
6mm hook
Small amounts of black, blue and white weight 3 yarn and 3mm hook for the eyes
Polyester toy filling
Needle
All parts are made going around in a spiral.
The Butterfly will measure 13 inches with weight 5 yarn or 6 inches with weight 3 yarn. However the size will depend on yarn and hook size used.
