Notes: This pattern is worked from the bottom up, in the round without needing to slip stitch and chain 1 at the end of each round. While you can choose to do so, it won't impact the final result much and is not required for this design. Depending on your yarn and tension, you may need to add a small amount of stuffing behind your balloon.
