Description
Bless Bonnet - ethereal, geometric crochet bonnet with ties<3
This bonnet is made in one piece! It begins at the back of the head and worked in the round to make the flower on the back of the bonnet, then you will work flat to crochet the rows of petals towards the front/forehead part of the bonnet. The long bonnet ties are crocheted towards the end.
Throughout the pattern, I refer to each of the triangles as petals, and the peak of the petal is the top point of the petal (aka the top-middle stitch).
Note: I crocheted the bonnet with loose tension so that it would drape with fluidity. However, I crocheted the bonnet ties with normal tension to get a more defined spiral effect. Try to crochet this bonnet loosely, except for the ties.
