These bookmarks are a super cute way to hold your page while you manage to tear yourself away from your new favourite book. Included in this pattern is a bee and flower, dragonfly and waterlily, and hummingbird and feather. Each pattern is a quick make that'll make you (or a friend) smile every time you read your book.

This is an intermediate/advanced level pattern, some crochet knowledge is required. Not recommended for complete beginners, but the pattern does include detailed step by step instructions and pictures to help you.

Using the materials suggested these bookmarks measure between 25cm and 30cm, but can be customised to any length of book. Any yarn can be used with this pattern with an appropriate size crochet hook to create a tight tension, although other yarns may affect the size of the finished bookmarks. Suggested materials: 4ply (Fingering/Super Fine 1) 100% cotton yarn, 2.5mm crochet hook and toy stuffing.
