The tunnel is worked in waistcoat stitch with two strands of worsted weight yarn held together. This stitch gives the tunnel a lot of durability. Not only is it extra stable, but it also is extra cushioned to give your cat a nice cozy place to hang out. Plus, the two peepholes give your kitty a nice place to people-watch without being noticed (or so they like to think).
