Description
Chapstick & Moon Boots is the fourth installment in the Night at the Movies sock club, inspired by John Hader's epic dance scene, which tickles me every time I watch it. Our awkward hero dances his heart out with moves that can't be beaten!
You'll dance your way through eyelets and dainty tiny cables with this fun to knit sock pattern; while the back of the leg is in stockinette, you could easily put the motif on both sides if you're feeling particularly frisky.
Worked in the round, Chapstick & Moon Boots contains both cuff-down and toe-up written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. The pattern has instructions for an afterthought heel, but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using.
The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks; however, the design could be worked on double-pointed needles or mini-circulars instead should you prefer.
