Description
Easy pdf crochet pattern for a Turtle amigurumi toy suitable for beginners.
US Crochet abbreviations. No swatch needed.
I love walking in nature and so Charlie the Turtle seems like always lived in my head.
Charlie could be a boy or a girl. I never identified this little Turtle so that’s why I named it Charlie. It fit to both girls and boys.

Charlie, is an simple and easy pattern, suitable for beginners too. However, in order to make this amigurumi, you need to have some basic skills of how to crochet in a continuous circle (spiral), how to increase and decrease stitches and how to change colours. It is suggested that you use the techniques of invisible increase and decrease. Use any type of yarn and suitable hook size.
It will be very helpful to read the pattern before you start crocheting.

The pattern concludes many detailed pictures of the procedure.
You will find the photo tutorials very helpful.
I wish you happy crocheting!

Important Notes
The pattern is worked in continuous rounds (spiral) unless otherwise noted.
Head and body are crocheted in one piece from top down.
It is suggested you use a hook size 1,00 to 1,50 mm smaller than suggested in the yarn label. This way you can crochet tighter and avoid creating gaps between the stitches.
Number of sts is indicated inside the parentheses at the end of each R.
Chs at the beginning of the rounds/rows don’t count as sts.
