Description
The Charlotte Sleeves are a made-to-measure set of sleeves meant to add some drama to any outfit! It's named because it was inspired by a spiderwebby, witchy look for the Halloween season, but this can be customized easily to be made for any occasion (and be sure to check out the tester gallery to see all the different styles on so many beautiful people)!
Some of the perks of this pattern:
It is meant to be very wispy and webby, hence the name Charlotte," named after a very famous spider, as part of our Halloween Pattern collection. And to coordinate with the theme, I do not feel the need to weave in the ends really at all in order to add to the wispiness. (Whenever I fo, I left a long tail. I didnt cut the ends to my desired length until the end, so I could do it aesthetically.) Anywhere where I maybe did not want a loose end, I would just connect with a magic knot and continue from that stitch. Of course, this can be worn year round, so if you feel the need to weave in the ends, you may, but I do not find it necessary in my opinion.
The gauge is obviously SUPER loose. With this, I also do not feel the need to be perfect with each and every stitch. It adds to the look of it and if there ever was a time to be a bit clumsy with the stitches, its with this pattern.
