The Checkerboard Top is great for advanced beginner and intermediate crocheters. It's a great top for lounging or dressing up, and looks amazing for the summertime.

The pattern includes written instructions for how to crochet the top, as well as pictures of the process. There are instructions for measurements, and it can be adjusted to make it a longer. It is a made-to-measure pattern so it is inclusive for all body types and sizes.

This pattern has been pattern tested.

MATERIALS:
You can use any hook or any yarn, however I used 4 worsted weight cotton or acrylic yarn, and a 5 mm hook.

PROCESS:
You will need to know how to make a slip knot, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, and color change. You will make a panel to connect and then add straps afterwards.
