The Chili Ruffle Skirt is a crochet pattern that I designed myself. This pattern is suitable for crocheters with moderate experience in crocheting wearables, it's not super difficult and has a bunch of pictures for reference. This skirt features an optional drawstring that helps keep the skirt from falling down.

Abbreviations
-dc = double crochet
-sc = single crochet
-ch = chain
-()= work instructions in brackets, as many times as instructed
-sk = skip
-sl st = slip stitch
-st = stitch
- v-stitch = dc, ch 1, dc into the same stitch or chain space
-MTM = Made to measure
- dc FLO = double crochet front loop only
- 3dc-cl = 3 double crochets in the same stitch
- 3sc-cl = 3 single crochets in the same stitch
