Approximatley 125g of chunky yarn needed.
I would definitely recommend using chunky yarn for this, it would be a lot smaller if not. Approximately 50-100g used, depending on how much Is used for the mane and tail.
Hooks
I used 7mm, if you wanted the stitches looser, I'd recommend sizing up.
