Description
Twinkles is a festive Christmas bear which would delight any child Christmas morning! This holiday bear would make a magnificent custom bear for a young child. The pattern works up very quickly.
This sweet bear is an intermediate pattern and comes with lots of photo tutorials throughout the pattern. The accessories included are a scarf and a bow.
This lovely Christmas bear makes an excellent First Christmas gift! It also makes a wonderful yearly gift as you can personalize the bear to what colors the child likes that year. It would also make an excellent baby shower or birthday gift as well.
Special note: If you are giving this cute teddy bear to a child under 3, please embroider the eyes instead of using safety eyes for safety reasons.

All of my patterns feature the same consistent layout which is easy to read and understand in US American terms. It is easy to find all the information you need to make this project. It lists materials, gauge, size, pattern key, any special stitches, notes, and then the pattern instructions and assembly.

When you are finished, your Christmas bear should measure approximately 20.5" L x 12" W x 6" T.

Special Stitches:
V-Stitch - (DC, ch 2, DC) all in the same stitch/space.
Shell Stitch - 5 DC in the same st.
Notes: (Ribblr)
Read through the entire pattern first.
The head and ears are worked in continuous rounds. Do not join while making the head. Use stitch markers to know where your first stitch in the round is.
Blanket part is worked in joined rounds.
Beginning ch 3 does count as your first double crochet in each round of the blanket part.
Sl st does not count as a stitch throughout the pattern.
Alternative to MC - Ch 2; x SC in the 2nd chain from the hook.
Repeat stitches between * and *.
