Description
Baozi (or bao for short) are delicious steamed buns filled with savory or sweet fillings. My favorite kinds are stuffed with ground pork and chives. Some of my favorite memories from childhood are when my grandma and I would wander down the streets of Taipei, Taiwan and grab fresh buns everyday from the food carts!
