Description
This is a written-tutorial on how to make your own cute and cozy bear bag. Before purchasing, you should have the basic crochet knowledge already. My patterns are from advance beginners and above. A Youtube video on how to add zipper is included in the listing.
MATERIALS:
Yarn and Hook
Any bulky yarn (Gauge 6) in brown and an 8 mm hook for the main body of the bag. Only a small amount of bulky yarn in tan is needed for the muzzle. I used Premier Basix Chunky Yarn for this project. You may use any brands like lion brand wool ease chunky, Bernat Softee Chunky and any brands similar that is mentioned.
Worsted Weight Yarn/Medium (4) yarn in tan (or any color of your choice) and a 3.75 mm hook for the handle. Color black for the muzzle embroidery if embroidery thread is not available. You may buy ready - made handles online and in stores if you prefer.
Feel free to use any yarn type and crochet hook that is applicable to it.
Tools and Notions:
Stitch marker, 15mm safety eyes, zipper 12-14 inches long, scissors, tapestry needle, sharp wide-eyed needle, embroidery thread in black for the muzzle (only small amount needed), ballpins, felt sheet and a glue gun
