Description
Introducing my Chunky Snowman Crochet Pattern - an interactive pattern for a low sew Amigurumi Christmas toy. Perfect as a plush stuffed toy for kids or a Christmas decoration, this DIY Snowman project includes step-by-step crochet instructions and photos, making it easy to follow for beginner to intermediate crocheters. This pattern is compatible with most yarn types: use lightweight cotton for a small decoration, or chunky plush yarn for a larger, cuddly finish!
PATTERN DETAILS
- Starts at the bottom of the feet and works up to the top of the head as a single piece, crocheting in the arms
- Sewing required to attach buttons, hat and nose
- Approx. 20cm tall with DK yarn and 2.5mm hook, 35cm tall with chunky yarn and 4mm hook
- Mix and match with my other Chunky and Pig patterns. For example, make yourself a monkey snowman by using Coco the Chunky Monkey to modify this pattern
SKILL LEVEL
Beginner - mostly simple stitches with a little sewing, some front loop only stitches and a few colour changes
Feel free to explore variations by swapping out yarn and hook sizes to achieve a different outcome, and get creative with experimenting with various colours.
