Create your own Cassowary and Emu plushies with this no-sew crochet pattern!

This is pattern written using US crochet terms. Knowledge of basic crochet stitches is required to complete this Cassowary and/or Emu plush toy.

Materials used:
Bulky plush yarn (e.g. Patti's Plush) Blue, Red, Black, Grey (replace Red with Brown if making the Emu)
Crochet hook (I use a 5mm or 5.5mm hook)
Safety eyes (I use 10mm)
Polyfil
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Scissors

Time to make: This varies for every crocheter, however I make this pattern in under 1 hour, as did many of my testers.

This pattern comes fully tested by a group of 6 pattern testers!
