Rumour has it, the mysterious and elusive angel fish can be found 'flying' majestically through the calm waters of ponds, streams and waterways. Their translucent wing-like fins gently 'flapping' in the cool waters, propelling them along. Their heavenly presence can be felt as they momentarily leap out of the water, sending the souls of deceased water dwelling creatures heavenward to meet their great maker. These graceful creatures can only be seen if you sit very still and silent by the banks of their waterways.

Cordelia the Angel Fish amigurumi pattern is my contribution to the "Taking Things Literally" collaboration with fellow Ribblrs: @Mignon2, @Falastin, @Kayliz2, @mossymeowstudio, @ericrochet, @jaeisaunicorn and @Aryaaa.

- This is a low-sew pattern, comprising of an all-in-one body and tail fin
- The wings and halo are worked separately and sewn on later.
- The main stitches used include sc, hdc and sl sts.
- This pattern uses US stitch terminology.
