Corsican mint socks are inspired by my summer ground cover; Corsican mint. It spreads asymmetrically throughout my garden in a lush green carpet with delicate purple flowers. The lightest brush, step, or breeze produces the most refreshing spearmint scent, and the flavor is bright and welcoming.

These are knit toe-up with a rounded heel turn. There are no seams, no waste yarn needed, and no stopping if you choose to pass on the toe, heel, cuff color alternation. The heel construction prevents gaps and holes, and have a nice comfy seamless feel. The pattern is simple yet, provides a lovely texture and variety to your sock knitting.

A great summer sock to add to the collection, and at ankle length they whip up in no time!
