For a slightly smaller collar use a 3.5mm hook.
H3 counts as DC.
Re-join the yarn at the same side at the beginning of every row. At the end of every row cut the yarn and re-join the yarn at opposite side.
Always join yarn in the 1st DC from the previous row.
Always do the last stitch of a round in the last DC from the previous row
Make rows 1, 11 and 12 using the same-coloured yarn.
When complete press with a cool to medium iron.
Inside of completed collar measures 18" around.
