Important Notes:
I fasten off between each color change so they are not interfering with the next row(s), if you know a better way to smoothly change colors, you can do that!
We are doing only 1 inc in round 3 because we need 1 extra stitch in round 4
You can tie in the hanging loop wherever you would like, I place the end of the tail in the very next st after the sl st because I just like how it looks
