Description
Crochet pattern for 4 butterfly designs, with lots of options. I designed those for a local project for film festival Jeunes Bobines (France), as shown in one of the photos where some of the butterflies were framed like in a curiosity cabinet.
You could also use them a butterfly appliqués. Use the 4 different butterfly designs and shapes to create your own fairy world !
They use up very little yarn, and are so quick and satisfying to crochet !
Using dk-weight yarn and 5 mm (H), I used approx 5-8 g of yarn for each butterfly, and their maximum wingspan varies from 6 to 10 cm.
Use thinner/thicker yarn for smaller/larger butterflies depending on your needs !
Pattern instructions feature lots of step by step photos. Tested for accurate and error free instructions.
