A Personal Note from the Wand Weaver…

All my patterns are, and will continue to be, based on the concept:

If you can "do" the block, then you can "do" the coat, poncho, or blanket easily. The stitches selected for the garment or afghan are the same stitches that were first learned when crocheting the blocks.

I like that approach personally, as it removes all the worry about the "larger project" and “if I can do it". Of course, you can! The stitches selected for the garment or afghan are the VERY SAME STITCHES you already mastered while the blocks were being completed!

Once the block is learned, then the world of opportunities really opens up and is possible.

This is precisely why I put so much effort into each block pattern.
Small in size, blocks by their very nature involve repetition: THAT's where you learn the stitch concepts the most rapidly.

Hardest part for most is the Center Circle...just: practice, practice, practice, and about several dozen centers in and you'll have it. You'll be dancing around the living room (like I did) because it really is possible to learn how to crochet!

This is a ScrapBuster Design by the Wand Weaver. Purposefully meant to utilize random balls and leftover skeins of yarn.

One central color is used to provide the last 3 rows and the block join. Do allow for extra yarn in this color range if a single-color join is your wish.

A suggested color guide is provided for the Rainbow Color Band Border.
If you are working this design as a ScrapBuster (as I did), then please be aware that some of my border rows were sections of similar colored yarn.

Tip: save your very small remnant balls for the center circles and first few block rows. This pattern is excellent for using up those wee balls and bits of yarn.
