Description
Say hello to these cute little dolls all dressed up for Easter. They are off in their spring time costumes for their Easter egg hunt with their baskets and colorful eggs to find. There are two little boys wearing chick and rabbit costumes and two little girls wearing lamb and daffodil costumes.
Each doll is made as one piece from the toes to the shoulders, so there is minimal sewing required to make the body shape. The dolls also have removable costumes, so they are great for playing dress up.
This is an intermediate level pattern, some crochet knowledge is required. Not recommended for complete beginners, but the pattern does include detailed step by step instructions and pictures to help you.
Using the materials suggested these dolls measures 25-31cm (9 3/4 -12 1/4in) tall. Any yarn can be used with this pattern with an appropriate size crochet hook to create a tight tension, although other yarns may affect the size of the finished doll. Suggested materials: DK (8ply) 100% cotton yarn, DK chenille yarn (or Aran/Worsted wool or acrylic yarn), 2.75mm and 3.5mm crochet hooks, toy stuffing, small buttons and 8mm safety eyes.
