Construction notes
This granny squares pattern is mainly double crochet stitches in clusters.
The granny square motif is worked in circles or worked around.
The turning chain counts as a stitch.
To join a different colored yarn, make a slip knot and place your hook where the
fastening chain 1 from the previous round ended, pull the yarn through the hook
and ch 3 (the ch 3 counts as the first dc) then pull the tail of the other yarn to
tighten, then turn your work.
This dress is made in: 46 granny squares and 2 triangle squares joined horizontally
and vertically.
The yarn used is light weight, I used double strands to increase the yarn
weight.
