This pattern will give you instructions to make the basic Eevee scrunchie, Jolteon and Glaceon. It can be adapted to suit your needs. If you need a smaller or larger hair tie, just start with a different base and adjust accordingly. You can use any yarn but a softer, chunkier yarn such as Just Chenille or Parfait chunky works best. A G hook or H hook can be used depending upon how big you want the final scrunchie to be.
