Description
Introducing Eggy Golfer a small, cute amigurumi character complete with golf club and ball. This pattern includes everything you need for a boy golfer, a girl golfer, golf clubs, golf bag and golf ball. As part of our Olympics Bundle, this delightful crochet pattern combines creativity and sportsmanship. Follow the easy instructions, pick your yarn, and join the whimsical crochet golf course adventure!
The pattern starts from the top of the head and works down, incorporating the arms and feet as you crochet. The accessories, hat and hair are then crocheted separately. There is some sewing required for attaching the eyes, hair and hat and a little simple embroidery for the mouth. I've provided options for either safety eyes or crocheted eyes. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook, Eggy Golfer reaches a height of approximately 11cm. I'd love to see your completed projects; feel free to share them by tagging me on Instagram @dreamweave.creations or visiting my Facebook page, DreamWeave Creations.
I have assigned an intermediate skill level to this pattern. While the majority of it involves simple stitches, there is some assembly required in sewing components together and a little embroidery for the buttons and mouth. Additionally, the boy's hair is created using loop stitch.
Feel free to explore variations by swapping out yarn and hook sizes to achieve a different outcome, and get creative with experimenting with various colours.
