An elegant dress is the perfect addition to your bear!! It is a fancy dress that would be perfect for a tea party :)

For the bear, I used Sweet Snuggles yarn (7 weight) with a 9mm crochet hook. For the dress, I used Sweet Snuggles lite (6 weight) with a 6mm hook. You must use different sizes for the dress to fit the bear.
