Hello! This is my first tapestry crochet pattern! It is a mini tapestry. It's measurements are about 8" x 6.5".
I hope that I have made it as clear as possible, but please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

This pattern requires a lot of color changing!!
This pattern is worked in rows with a right side and a wrong side. Which can be helpful in keeping your tapestry neat.

You can either pull your yarn through your work or you can just pull your yarn from the WS which will result in a neater right side and a not so neat wrong side. Which is fine since you will hang your mini tapestry with the right side showing anyways

If you are unfamiliar with tapestries, I have included photos throughout the pattern to hopefully help your understanding!

When you start working with the other colors and carrying them in your work, be sure to pull the yarn towards the wrong side. If the wrong side is on the front, pull your yarn colors to the front. If the wrong side is facing away, then pull your yarn colors so that they are also facing away. This can help prevent the alternate colors from showing through your work.
You will see examples of this in the photos as you work!


YARN AND HOOK SIZE

I did not do a gauge swatch first because it doesn't matter for this project.
You can use any 4 medium yarn of any color that you choose.
I used a 5 mm crochet hook

YOU WILL NEED:
Scissors
Tapestry Needle
4.5 mm Crochet Hook
Worsted Weight Yarn


PATTERN NOTES:
When introducing a new color into the pattern, you will lay the yarn on top of you stitches at the beginning of the row and carry it throughout your work. (Pictures included)
Change your color one stitch before it is actually needed. (Pictures included)
