yarn: WHITE & a bit of RED

hook size to match yarn weight (I used Crafter's Secret Big Idea yarn and I used a “G" hook)

I used 20mm safety eyes, this depends on thickness of yarn; thinner yarn will be smaller outcome and smaller eyes.

My finished Falkor measured a bit over 12 inches, but this can vary depending on yarn type.
