This pattern is so easy to make and it works up very quickly because the yarn is so thick. The stitches are worked between the stitches instead of on top of them because of the way the yarn is. It makes it much easier to work with plus I believe the finished product is very cool. This particular poncho kind of made itself - I was actually going for an entirely different type of shawl but the piece had a mind of its own so I let it create itself and I love how it ended up! I didn't even need to add the button at the end because it naturally fell the way it fell but I did add the button just to dress it up a bit. I hope you like it as much as I do!
