Description

the flutter tie top is an intermediate crochet pattern for a loose, cotton top with two ties that come together in the front! the pattern also includes instructions for optional sleeves that can be added on to make a cardigan. it features dragonfly squares along the top and a lacey stitch on the bottom, making it super airy and light!
