First Flower themed Granny Square that is a part of our Granny Square Flower Bucket Hat series (I know a jumble of words)

Learn how to make a Forget-me-not shaped flower with the written pattern below!
- Chain 4, slip stitch to make a circle
- Chain 3, 9 Half Treble crochet, slip stitch to end the loop
*Change yarn colour for the petals if you want
- Chain 3, Half treble crochet in first stitch (this counts your chain as the first half treble crochet), x2 half treble crochet in each stitch till you get back to the start, Slip stitch to end the loop
- First stitch Half treble & treble, second stitch do 3 trebles, third stitch do a treble & half treble, fourth stitch do a slip stitch - repeat this till you are back at the start of the circle (this should make 5 petals as a total)
- Slip stitch to the centre of the first petal - this will be the middle stitch of the 3 treble crochets
*Change yarn colour for the framing square
- Chain 1 and in the same stitch double crochet, second stitch half treble, third stitch treble, fourth stitch treble, fifth stitch double treble, sixth stitch treble, seventh stitch treble, eight stitch half-treble - repeat from the beginning first double crochet, till you get back to the start - Slip stitch close
- Chain 1 and in the same stitch double crochet, second stitch half treble crochet, third stitch treble crochet, fourth stitch 2 treble crochet, fifth stitch double-treble, chain 1, double-treble in the fifth stitch, sixth stitch 2 treble crochet, seventh stitch treble crochet, eight stitch half treble, ninth stitch double, tenth stitch double - repeat from the first stitch starting with a double - Slip stitch closed

Tie off and clean up yarn
