Description
This is a jumbo verion of my baby axolotl.
I use chenille yarn for the bigvones but they can be made with any yarn and matching hook for amigurumi. I made with 4ply yarn and 2.5mm for a small bighead baby and everything worked smoothly.
This uses a special stitch, the double treble bobble.
I have attached a video that shows how to make these. This makes the little feet for your axolotl.
No other special stitches are used but depending on your tension you may need to add or taken away sc crochet on either side to allow these to line up.
