Yarns

I use yellow worsted weight for the nose on both.

Black mercerized cotton yarn for the whiskers and cherry stem.

I used chenille slim and sweet snuggles lite.

just a small amount of bright, cheerful colors for the confetti sprinkles and gum drop buttons. Don't forget chocolate brown! Definitely red for the cherry.

Hooks

7 mm hook or whichever hook fits your tension for your yarn so the stitches are tight enough for stuffing not to show.

Stabilizers

I greatly recommend a neck stabilizer in the bigger doll. I like to use a piece of pool noodle.
