Description
Baby teddy bear beanie pattern can be the perfect project for the special baby coming in to this world.
You will need a 3.5mm hook, a tapestry needle, stitch markers, scissors, and size 4 medium yarn (size 3 light weight yarn is what I used for the bows but that is optional).
** I use a 3.5 mm hook for medium weight yarn for a tighter gauge.**
It is worked on joined rounds using double crochet stitches. The bottom edge of the beanie (ribbing) is yarn over slip stitch on back loops on (right side) and slip stitch on back loops on (wrong side). You will be making the ears separately and sewn on to the crown of the beanie, as well as the face details. The ears are stitched with 2 different color yarn, so you will need to switch yarns.
