Description
The Harlow" beanie is all about texture! Worked in a continuous round from the top down, this hat works up quick and is versatile for any age and/or gender.
Pattern has been tech edited and all sizes have been tested.
DIFFICULTY:
Advanced beginner
Pattern written in English using American terminology.
You will need to know how to double crochet, half double crochet, post work (front and back post half-double and front and back post double crochet). The hat is worked from top down so you will need to know how to do a magic circle.
The pattern is written in three sections: the top/increase, main body and bottom brim. Pictures are included to break down the special stitches along with an instructional video on how to do everything from the magic circle, to the main body, to the bottom brim. Even a video on how to make your own pom pom!
Materials needed: US H/* (4.5 mm) crochet hook, US G/& (5.0 mm) crochet hook, 75g-110g of size 4 worsted weight yarn (pictured with Malabrigo Rios but has been tested with many other yarns), stitch markers, darning needle, pom pom.
