Description
Hi and welcome to this pattern ^^.
I made this Virus for a presentation and thought why not make it a pattern. THIS PATTERN IS NOT A 100% SCIENTIFICLY ACCURATE.
One of the most significant causes of liver-related morbidity is the Hepatitis C Virus
(HCV) [1]. A significant proportion (22%) of new cases of liver cancer can be attributed
to an infection with the HCV. In the case of acute HCV infections, approximately
80% of individuals will progress to a chronic infection. This equates to 160 million
individuals who are chronically infected. Among those chronically infected, 10-20% will
develop chronic liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis, which develops after a long period of inflammation, or Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It is estimated that between one
and five percent of individuals chronically infected with the HCV will develop liver
cancer. [2]
If you know how to do a magic ring, single crochet, slip stitch, sew and surface crochet, you are good to go.
Be aware that this pattern involves a ton of sewing.
Happy crocheting and have fun ^^
