The Hilda Balaclava is must-have accessory for those of us that live in cold climates and enjoy staying warm while still looking cool. This balaclava is made up of just 4 stitches meaning that it is beginner friendly, but the shaping makes for a captivating project. It also works up quickly since it calls for using worsted weight yarn, which means that it makes the perfect weekend project. This balaclava also uses up scrap yarn in a decorative way, meaning that you can customize colorwork any way you want! I used yarn from past projects and threaded it into my work to add pops of color, but you can always omit this step if you want.
