Description
The Holly Berry Hat uses two balls of double knit yarn in tandem as if they were one ball of yarn. It uses only knit and purl stitches but results in a beauiful dual tone chunky fabric hat which is so snug and perfect for the winter. It is ideal for beginners wishing to advance their skills whilst making a beautiful accessory.
Skills required: cast on, knit, purl, increase stitch, knit two stitches together, purl two stitches together, break and thread
Materials needed: 2 balls of double knit yarn, aprox 80g of each colour, one pair of 5.00mm straight knitting needles, tapestry needle to make up
Featured yarn: Makr double knit 100% acrylic in Claret and White
