Description
Introducing the Holly, Jolly Earwarmer the perfect accessory to keep your ears toasty and stylish during the chilly months! This cozy ear warmer features a beautiful textured waffle stitch that adds depth and dimension, creating a chunky, snug fit that's as warm as it is cute. Made with thick, soft yarn, the Holly, Jolly Earwarmer works up quickly, making it an ideal project for last-minute gifts or a weekend crafting session. Whether you're braving the winter weather or adding a festive touch to your outfit, this ear warmer is sure to become a seasonal favorite!
This pattern is made in super bulky weight yarn with a 8mm hook. I recommend choosing a natural or synthetic fibernot something plant based as that won't be as warm. This earwarmer is worked flat in the crochet waffle stitch (using half double crochet). You work it flat from bottom up and then seam the ends together.
This pattern is written for one size which should fit most adults and teens, but you can easily adjust the fit to your preference by adding or subtracting rows and/or changing the stitch multiple which is 3+1. This is worked in a modified waffle stitch for cleaner edges and a denser fabric. There are measurements listed in the pattern.
This is a beginner friendly pattern, it utilizes basic stitches and the stitch repeat is easy to memorize and work up.
Thank you for choosing my pattern. I hope you enjoyed it. You may sell as many of the finished items as you wish, but if you share on social media please give me credit @Elly Donner and link the pattern to its source. If you have any questions or need pattern support, please contact me at ellydonner.yarncrafts@gmail.com or on any of my other selling platforms. I appreciate your support!
