However, you may sell the finished crocheted product in small quantities. This book sleeve is made using mosaic crochet, if you have experience with this type of crochet – perfect! If not, I've tried to make it as simple as possible to introduce you to this method of crochet. For my book sleeve I used Hobbii 8/4 cotton, you can use any yarn and hook, the bigger the yarn/hook the bigger the sleeve will turn out – so it’s important to make sure the chain is long enough. I used approx. 60g of yarn for mine. I'd recommend 2 colours for this pattern, you can use more if you want. Ideally you want colours that are big in contrast to each other for the pattern to show. I used 2 colours for mine, so will refer to them as colour 1 and colour 2 in the pattern.
